Comments:

The video of this isn't great quality, buth the China Cat/Know You Rider & Truckin' are good jams. Nice to see Pigpen. At the end of the video is a snippet of Black Throated Wind...wish the entire show was available~

Mne More Saturday Night is not the first song of the second set its the encore, this show has 3 sets. Casey Jones thru truckin being the second and Dark Star thru Johnny B Goode being the 3rd with the One More Saturday Night encore.
-chris (12/19/2008)

Unbelievable Caution! It has the fire and intensity of one from 1968. Probably my second favorite version after 2/14/70. BLAST IT!
-Anonymous (10/15/2011)

CLASSIC, CLASSIC PIGPEN!
-Anonymous (12/28/2011)

Towards the end of the fantastisk Dark Star, there are melodic seeds being planted by the whole band that will eventually evolve into Let It Grow. Gotta love every show from the inspirational Europe '72 tour...the creative juices were overflowing.
-Blind Man (01/03/2014)

It really is hard to pick the best of the Europe tour, but this one is ***definitely*** in the upper echelon for me. That video is absolutely irresistible - I'd be happy to share it with anyone interested. Pigpen looks worse for wear, so small, but he belts it out best he can - check Phil smoking that doob while they play Hurts Me Too. :):):) Jerry and the boys playing Big Railroad Blues in the bozo masks has got to be among my favorite, most-treasured of all Dead moments on video.

Dark Star and Caution is almost a solid hour of jam between the two of these.
- (04/17/2014)

Wow.

The "Dark Star" is fucking incredible. Way better, in my humble opinion than 4/14/72. This is probably the most psychedelic "Dark Star" that year. And the "Caution", man alive!

Also, this is hands down the best...BEST...version of "Big Railroad Blues". Ever.
