"what in the world ever became of sweet jane....ever since she went a had a sex change..."

ooookay...whatever you say bob

:))

This was the second show Bobby did the sex change line. Would love to know where that came from. Was 1981 like the first year they did sex change operationsor somethin? very strange.

When was the first time he said the sex change line? What I remember from that time is that the sex change that was in the news for a few years was a guy who became woman and played tennis on the women's pro tour: Renee Richards. She retired in 1981. Maybe that's it?

Pretty sure the first one was the NC show on April 30th. Never heard of Renee Richards, but that sounds like something bobby would comment on.

And Holy shit, could you imagine if Bob Weir tried doing that line today? The internet would explode with all the attacks on bobby for "hate speech". He probably would've been "labeled" sexist or homophobic and the dead would be banned from america. God i hate Political Correctness.
