The Airplane was supposed to open for them but was delayed, instead Hot Tuna played on and on waiting. This cut short the Dead's time.

Um . . . I was at this show. There *was* an opening act, it was High Country. As I remember it was a full-length Dead show, long jams in the second set.

I saw Dark Star Orchestra play this show last night (4/10/06). The fist set was 2 hours long, the second set was about 70 minutes, not including the encore.

Just heard the Box of Rain on radioio/dead......tough song to do live but this is a really good one.
