Comments:

Ah, the good old days when you could walk up to the ticket window 30 minutes before the show and get a ticket. This was a great venue. A small outdoor stadium where they hold the US clay court tennis championships right in downtown. The last time they played INDY, too. What a set list. It's all kind of a blur now, but I remember the 2nd set getting off to a real "groove"y start with "Shakedown" and never letting up. The weather was great, the vibe was great and a "grate" time was had by all.

they made the sad mistake to play IN again in '95. Maybe you know what happened there?

I'm pretty sure he meant the last time they played Indianapolis (Indy), not Indiana.

Anyone else notice during Saint that Bobby gets kinda freaked out, its during the "must be the Angels...thought I might never find" part I think, sounds like Healey is having some problems with the boards and makes Bob sound strange...or he does it on purpose which ole Dan did many times.

Set 1 has a great Deal. It just keeps going. 1984 is such an underrated year for the Dead.

This was the only show my non-deadhead father went to and his only thought on it is, “I don’t get it.”

My first Dead show about a month after I had graduated from high school. I knew the manager at Karma Records and he pulled 4 tickets for me early that day. Ended up being front row, center and I had NO idea what we were in for … pure and simple, it changed me.
