Comments:

I remember dancing real hard during saint wind-up. I didn't wear contact lenses (stupid) and my glasses went flying under a bunch of seats cuz I got a little carried away. I found them. At the end of the show, I was weirded out when they started playing Brokedown. Jerry went to sing, fucked it up real bad - stopped. Said "sounded good, didn't it?" and started it again. It was really funny!

In the eight times I saw the Dead play live, this was by far the worst show. The first set seemed very short, the sound in the arena sucked, and they buthcher Brokedown Palace at the end. I guess we all have those days...

I thought the show was pretty good. One of the best Wharf Rats I ever saw and the Lost Sailor > Saint of Circumstance was prime. Yes, the Brokedown was brokedown but what the hell, they got themselves up dusted themselves off and kicked ass. A great send off for a killer summer run.

Great time and though it wasn't the best show I ever saw, It certainly wasn't the worst...that was either the next summer or the last one I saw at Highgate. Screwing up Brokedown was sweet, great moment between us and Jerry. I just wish they opened the roof when Terrapin started...
