Great time, Great show. An amusement park + a Grateful Dead show = a lot of fun!
-Anonymous

Yea and this is a long show too. Longer than average for this time of their musical life.
-Steve

You can catch the start of the 1st set on dead.net in the tapers section, listenable only, but hey, you can stream from the net your cell phone now.
Check out the Spanish Jam, last one in Brent era and 5 more years till the next. Jerry's voice is rather ragged but it grows on you as the show progressed and of course his fingers were still on fire!

Very cool show. The highlight has to be about 45 seconds into "Fire," when Healy cuts everyone out and boosts Phil WAYYYYY up. The crowd goes bananas!
-Sean-Ay (01/15/2009)

Scarlet>Fire>Estimated>Eyes-last played 11-11-85.

I was 17yrs old at this show, but had already seen them several times. This was my fav GD show, and the GOAT concert of any band I've ever attended. I've been to roughly 500 concerts in my lifetime . The sun was setting behind the roller coaster mountain during scarlet- fire.was my 1st time in Canada .great beer. Ahh the nostalgia .

... the Kingwoods was a great Amusement Park back in the day and when we bought the ticket thru PO Box #1045 San Rafael CA 94915, we had no idea it included the price of admission to the park...... cool ....

After all the beer, blunts & rides on the coasters we were ready "Don't Ease Us Into Canada"

Kingwoods & Laguna Seca were the best & unique places we ran to see the band from 1981-1993.

NEVER 2B Repeated.

iko iko on & on ........

It sounds like Kingswood is/was a very nice venue but I gotta quibble with tyedyetom on best & unique - The Greek in Bezerkely and Red Rocks are in competition for that title, with Frost and Alpine not far behind.
Laguna Seca? It was fun...best venue though? Meh.
