the best show of this run. every song is well played. the first set is solid, but the meat of this show is the second set. help>slip>franklin's followed by estimated>eyes, it just doesn't get much better than this! just a great show.

I was engaged on this nite. It was a celebration with baloons for everyone. 23 yrs and still going strong.
Remember how estimated vibrated off the spectrum ceiling. It brought tears to my eyes.
Let the music never stop !!!!

mpc, what do you mean by run? The 3 show "run" in Philly this tour? If so, you are correct, this was the best of the three. But if you mean tour, then you really have to take into account the epicness of 10/8 and 10/9 in Hampton as well as 10/16 at the Meadowlands. Holy shit was that a tour though. Not as dank as spring '90 but in some ways fall '89 was more exciting.

I think that the Cassidy from this date, released on Without A Net, is the best Cassidy ever. The jamming in between the lyrics play with the cosmos in a way I’ve never heard done on Cassidy before. Just wow!

Very well-known show. I hate to be a buzz kill, but the second set has TONS of timing issues throughout Help>Slip>Frank>Estimated>Eyes that are quite distracting. Explosive energy for sure, but the train ran off the tracks. Cassidy and Don't Ease Me In are incredible.
