this was my wifes first show. if anyone has it i would love to give it to her as an anv. present

The locals fleed like rats when the rain REALLY started coming down in the first half of the first set...I was eyeing them hungrily by the gate, hoping some schumck would give me a stub that I would then try to use to pilfer my way into the show...and what luck! It worked.

From what I can remember, this was a mud-filled, wet first set (I think the rain abated at set break or earlier). Great Foolish Heart > Want to Tell...UJB out of nowhere. All in all, a decent show on an otherwise crap-filled summer tour.

I got sick as a dog after this show, having danced around (like a putz) in the cold rain & mud with little sleep.

It was a long drive to Pittsburgh for my sister's wedding shower the next morning. Luckily, most of the mud came off. Willing to trade for this show, have a great 1994 acoustic set if anyone's interested, among other things.

That would be 9-24-94 berkeley. it is not that good.

i found my miracle,
stood on the moon,
turned on my love light,
and let it shine,
i met true love...

if you are out there,
a decade later,
i still love you...

I'll never forget the Rain poruing down the first set before things got started....the boys came out singing Rain, Rain, I don't mind....and slowly the rain stopped....

Yep lot's of cold rain (no snow!). The place went wild on the Mighty Quinn encore, left cold and wet but feeling warm inside. Perhaps the last good show I ever saw.
-Capt'n Fats

I was shirtless that day, what a mistake. About 5 minutes before the start it got very cold and it poured rain. I was under the trees for the lack-luster first set. Very average show, very good shrooms. Buckeye Lake was always one of my favorite camping venues.

decent fun time, my 76th show.
loved the Quinn

The storm rolled in hard during an intense Traffic jam. Then when the wind died down they did a killer "Rainmaker." My first "Foolish Heart" and liked it. First "Samba" too, but let's move on...

Had a super fun day with some great friends.

best of the summer shows
worst of the weather
the true energy did shine on
and traffic wasnt bad to boot

-

the greatest was the lightning flash middle background of the stage as they started "raaaaiiinn i dont mind"

-ol hippie

This was my first show, I'd love a copy if anyone has it. Also, making a long story short, I have lost all my old Dead tapes : (

If I could get a miracle or two so I can get back on board with trading that would be a blessing.

peace,

scott

Drove from Wilmington, Delaware with my friend, Mark. Set-up camp and got our wristbands and just started to eat when the rain came. I called the opener of "Stranger" but at the last second the guys opened with "Raaaaiiiin, raaiiinnn" the dancin' started :) As I recall, Bobby walked off the stage during Bertha due to tech probs; Jerry's reactions were great. By the time Standing On The Moon, the skies were clear and the shivering dancin continued. Great show from start to finish!

This show was on my 21st Birthday. Wow what a good show and a great time had by all. Wet, cold and fun

it rained really bad during traffic. i thought i was going to be struck by lightning but i wasn't going to let that ruin my day. definitely a rain inspired set list.

this was my first show and what an experience! I remember the rain pouring down as i walked in to watch Traffic's last song. Been looking for a copy of this.. if anyone has i'm willing to trade. peace.
